"Drives me crazy that they lock the doors and aren’t open 15mins before they close . So they really close at 5:45 so annoying . Specially when you just get off work and it won’t let you pay online"

And, mannn did i need it, considering the heat index was easily in the 100's that day. Just his thoughtfulness is enough to make me want to drive all the way back to make my payments there for now on!!! I didn't catch his name but he was working on 8/29/2018!! So thank you for the great customer service..."
"Just recently I visited the office on Bandera road like I do once a month. And that is to pay my vehicles insurance. Well, the overall experience is always pleasant. What bothers me a bit is that the personell is always changing. The people are great but the staff turnaround is what troubles me. What makes me think that this insurance company can represent me in a case, if they can't keep their staff turnaround low? There's no stability. I know that I can change to a different insurer but I've been with the company for a significant amount of time. And that's what keeps me coming back. It'd be nice if that issue could be looked at and perhaps resolved."
