"She performed a root canal treatment that wasn't necessary because the tooth didn't have any pain. After the crown procedure began, later they informed me that the insurance company wouldn't cover the cost of the porcelain crown. Consequently, they demanded I pay the entire fee, even though they had already begun the root canal and had placed a temporary crown on the tooth. I reluctantly agreed to pay the full amount for the porcelain crown. Additionally, during my initial visit, they insisted on a deep dental cleaning to charging me significantly more and I trusted them and accepted but nothing different then regular cleaning. I absolutely do not recommend anyone else ."

"Wouldn’t recommend. She uses the same fear tactics that most dentists use and will tell you you have tooth cancer or something like that if you get a checkup. She provides no comfort or reassurance whatsoever. I was told that I’d need to go to a surgeon in Chicago to get one of my wisdom teeth removed. Went to a different dentist in Streamwood and got all of my wisdom teeth removed — no visit to Chicago needed! He was also super nice, relaxed and didn’t use any fear tactics at all. I would give this location a 1/5 but I added one star because they have a 3D X-ray machine which my dentist does not have and it is SO MUCH more convenient than the traditional X-ray."
