"Excellent vacuum job, but did not deodorize as requested. The smell was still present predominantly and was told they couldn't do anything more. It was not what I expected when I requested to be deodorized and deep cleaned and was told this is what you will get. Do not worry. They obviously are not aware of that , they are not fulfilling their promise. Do not recommend if you need to get rid of strong smells."

"I randomly stopped in to get a quote to shampoo my back seats. We had an accidental food spill that I could not get the smell out of my car. Holly greeted me right away and was so kind and helpful. Jorge came out and took a look and smell in my car and gave me a quote. They were able to do it in 30 minutes and my car smells great. Pricing was great as well compared to other local car detailing locations. Jorge did a wonderful job and got the job done quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend this business and will be going back for any other needs I have."

"Usually my go to car wash, especially for detailing! Sadly, this past time will be my last. First I called the previous day and made a detailing appointment. Told the woman I had a jeep Cherokee and she quoted me $254 for the detailing. When I got to the front desk, the main said $314 for SUVs. I would’ve been fine with it, if they wouldn’t have told me the wrong price over the phone even when I specifically asked if there was a price difference because of my car and I was told no. Secondly, I went to pick my car up and ALL of my change was gone. I looked in the the baggie where they put other things they found and not one penny! I know for a fact that my cup holder was filled quarters and I had other change throughout the car. I don’t know if this is a practice if there’s, but I already paid quite a bit of money for the detailing and then they decide to take my change? Bummer of a service."

"I have been a monthly subscription customer with no issues and great service. Until this evening I had no complaints and would bring both my cars here. Today I got home after I had my car washed and the machine broke the side mirror on my 2022 GMC! I tried calling but you are closed. Please reach out ASAP to get this resolved."

All I can say is they take their time cleaning the car, so when I step in, it's very nice.
