"Everyone there is really nice once you can get someone on the phone. Unfortunately getting an answer or call back is a different story. I have called, sent text messages through their number and I have even reached out in the app, but it's still tough to get a response. Even when changes were supposed to be made to my policy, they don't apply them correctly. It has been two months since I made a change and it doesn't even show it on the policy. I have the email traffic with this office where it shows what I requested, but yet nothing. Be careful if you decide to use statefarm. Maybe other agents are different, but I'm afraid to find out."
