"I don’t understand why this facility has so many high ratings. They do a good job but they have a major problem with cancellations. You can only ever schedule an appointment at least a month ahead of time and they’ll still cancel on you, most of the time on the same day as your appointment, without giving any reason. I’ve only been going to this dentist for a little over a year and I’ve been cancelled on 5 times. My grandmother goes to this dentist office as well they constantly cancel on her as well. I’m a college student and need to squeeze in appointments when I’m home for breaks so it really causes me problems when I’m cancelled on so many times last minute. I’m definitely switching dentists. Don’t waste your time here."
