"I wanted to book a vacation much needed beach getaway for myself and my daughters. I was getting overwhelmed looking online and trying to figure out the best options and a place where I would feel comfortable since it just us girls. Then I remembered Rufe Snow Travel. Patty was amazing!!!! She asked us questions on what we are looking for and made her recommendation. She handled everything and eliminated the stress of planning for me. The price she quoted was around the same price I was finding online. So glad I found her! The night before our trip, we received an email from American that our flight was cancelled. I emailed Patty. We had to book new flights to get down to our destination and only missed one day. Patty assured me that once we get back she will make all the contacts to get the refunds for the change in flights we had to pay for etc. So, instead stressing and worrying about the extra money I spent, I was able to just enjoy my time with my daughters. When we returned, Patty was on it and stayed on top of the communication for my refund. I didn't have to worry! I was so glad I made that call to Patty and will use her for all my future travel. I felt so much better knowing I had "my travel agent" if I needed anything before,during and after my trip. THANK YOU PATTY!!!!!!!"
