"if I could give her 0 stars I would. She’s the worst customer service ever! I called and tried to change my policy tons of times. But she refused to do it, also was mad at me, and told me it was just a tiny change in my billing. She just kept ignore what we ask her to do. I called the company and they transferred me to her, she said she would call me back in 5-10mins but she never did. I have had to complain to the company since then she called us back. So who consider going with her, I think you should change your mind. She’s the worst!"

"If I could give her 0 stars I would. She has 0 customer service skills and is just out to take advantage of Vietnamese people who speak little English. After several attempts to cancel a policy via email, phone, and text, she refused to cancel and took money for months from my parents. When you try to call her she does not pick up and doesn't respond via email. Please go somewhere if you need assistance. You have so many other options."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND! Customer service here is very poor, lack of communication, agent over promises and does not follow thru on her word. I’ve had several debt collection notices from Nationwide due to her failure to notify the company after telling me she was taking care of it. I asked her multiple times why I kept getting these notices and she told me to ignore them. Today, I received another notice, I called Nationwide and was told the agent, Trang Le, never cancelled the policy as we had discussed!"

"Dear to the customers who are trying to get the insurance from this agency, please stay away. This agency will be a good choice for you when she is trying to sell you the insurance and collect the money from you. But it won’t be the same way that she does when you try to cancel it. I got a bad experience during the time that I get the insurance from this agency. No help when you need, no reply and answer to your text and call. No professional and rude."
