"Very professional owners, there beach house was beyond my expectations. Super clean when we arrived to include the pool. The beach is a 2 minute walk away. Did not want to leave. You will not be disappointed. Diffinately will return as soon as we can."
"In Cognito stay from 1.3.2021 to 2.28.2021 Sorry for the late review...life gets in the way! This was our 3rd stay at this wonderful property, and it was fantastic, as always! With 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full baths and a half bath, your own private pool and hot tub, and steps away from the beach, what more can you want? The owners care and are very responsive! When Storm Uri (I think that was the name) hit in mid February, we were one of the few that never lost power, which was a blessing! The owners were constantly communicating with us to make sure we were O.K. We did loose water at one point for several days, but we knew it might be coming and prepared by filling pots etc, so we were very comfortable during this storm! Everything you need is here with a fully stocked kitchen, multiple TVs, comfortable furniture, beach towels and toys, etc. The owners, Bill and Mike, care about all of their properties, and their attention to detail is suburb! I would highly recommend this property for your next stay!"
"Mike, Bill and Tim are an amazing team! They helped me from beginning to end. Beach Breeze is where I stayed and it was wonderful, so very clean, there was nothing that they missed. I stayed from June3rd-7th had a wonderful experience South Padre SPI rentals. If you're looking for a place to go where you don't have to worry about anything except enjoying yourself I highly recommend SPI rentals."
