"We have given insurance business to this broker for over 20 years and when we had a claim that needed to be investigated, they did nothing to intervene with the carrier. We received a "generic" reply with little to no explanation. In fact we were ignored (two voice mails and two emails) by the broker we have known for all these years until I left a voice mail for the owner. This company has made probably six figures from our agency business and we were treated like they didn't even know us. I would advise any retail agent to look elsewhere for a broker to place business with."
