"So my wife came to this specific location to apply for auto insurance. She finalize the plan with the corporation. Fast forward 2 months after this i’m driving her vehicle to get detail, police pulled me over for no illegal driving reason. Officer walk up and said you know this car is not insured. I said officer that’s incorrect i pay the bill every month for my wife. Mind you this officer was extremely polite, he notice 3 errors on the paper work, her name spelled wrong, and them adding two extra numbers to the vin. Officer gave me a heads up to inform her of this situation and let me go. Now 2 months later, literally last night as my wife got off from work she is pulling in our complex to park she gets pulled over by two young officers. They told her the same thing the previous officer told me literally two months ago. I’m sitting in the office with her as we speak, the lady read out a vin that was totally incorrect. My wife being who she is, she said ok i see you need glasses let me write it down for you lol, which i understand her frustration. Then my wife ask, “so the people you on the phone with had the right info”. The young lady at Amax tells her yes, then turn around ten mins later to say no. So which was it.? This type pf error’s can’t happen honestly. For sure i know mistakes happen. But for a outstanding 4 to 5 months, which we made sure to inform them about the occurring situation. Honestly i know things happen, but the customer service was somewhat ok, questions was ask and another individual from a phone call had to supply the correct answer. Will see if this problem occurs once again. I’ll keep y'all posted. Also don’t go by the bot reviews on here, 3 out 10 for the customer service. I seen the eye rolling from a far lmao."
