"Pharmacist was fantastic, barely felt my flu vaccine. She was super kind and gentle with my children and their vaccines. I highly recommend. She was in point, called me ahead of time. Confirmed my appointment. If I could give her more stars I would."

"Got my prescription and had a few questions for the pharmacist working the closing shift on 7/31. Wasn’t able to ask a single question I was rushed through an explanation of how to take the meds and told one side affect. I was about to ask my question when he said by and shut off the screen. They then proceeded to send my medication out with my card without saying a thing. Pressed the button to speak to someone and was ignored. Pretty sure he left out some other info that was important like prescription interactions and such but no matter the pharmacist couldn’t care less."

"This pharmacy has gone downhill. The customer service is the worst. There is an Asian lady there who is completely rude along with a man who was wearing blue. The drive through service was terrible. I am leaving here in tears."

"We love this Pharmacy! Staff is helpful and quick. The Text Updates and alerts for monthly RX's are great so you don't run out of what you need. These guys get a bad wrap often times because Doctors are calling in the RX's to the Manor location (ALSO LOCATED ON EAST 290) so when customers we've witnesses in line get agitated at the staff, but really the issue is the Doctors office - same as the review about Generic Drugs - that's your Doctors call - not theirs.... Very informative on minor injuries and treatment - love that they now offer a lot more vaccines for those without insurance, makes things a lot more affordable! Thanks Elgin Pharmacy!"

"So tired of dealing with this pharmacy. Their pharmacist is great which is why I gave two stars, but the counter people who actually speak to the customers are not usually very kind, get my DOB wrong every time, and they ALWAYS give me the wrong medication! I don't respond well to a generic that they gave me once (without asking or telling me that they were going to switch it, which is very stressful when you're dealing with medications) I have to open the paper package EVERY time I go there and make sure that they didn't give me a generic, and whenever they do which so far has been 4/5 times they say, "Oh its even in the notes for you." It's so frustrating to have to check up on them EVERY time and I just got a call that they won't have my medication and don't know when they will have it again but I can have the generic if I would like. I also asked them to send my prescription somewhere else and they told me the other pharmacy would have to call them to request it. I feel like they're fighting me on my medication because they don't think that there is anything wrong with taking a generic, but I'm sure if they had taken a generic medication and then proceeded to remain in the bleeding stage of their menstrual cycle for A MONTH (until I got back on the medication I was actually prescribed) then they would also be hesitant to take the generic medication. Regardless of whether or not I am wrong about the generic medication causing what happened, I should know what I am taking and I should have the option to choose whether or not I want a generic. Nobody at the pharmacy asked if it was okay for my medication to be substituted any time that this happened."
