"Unfortunately the service is very slow and today I encountered an incredibly rude employee. I had surgery at 7am, and my prescription was sent at that time. Online said it would be ready at 11:10. I tried to call to verify after 30 min of waiting and no answer my husband waited 20 min in line to pick up, only to be told to pull around and it would be ready then. It is 12:30 and I don’t had my post op meds. I suggest any other pharmacy, waits I can understand but this is excessive and the attitude is uncalled for."

"Worst pharmacy ever. They got all the prescriptions wrong last time and I had to talk them through how to fix it twice. I stupidly gave them another chance and today I got here 5 hours after my doctor sent over the prescription for them to tell me that they didn’t fill it cause they don’t take my insurance. Did they call me? No they did not. So I drove 20 minutes to get here, since we live in the country, and have now been waiting 3 hours because the other pharmacy is so busy on a Friday. One star is too high for these turkeys."

"So I went to pick up my prescription decided I would go through the drive through. Everything went well. Except for the ungrateful, unfriendly, pharmacy tech working the drive through. Sunday March 20th. At 11: 30 a.m. I sent in my debit card with my driver's license after receiving my my medicine. Not one word about Thank you or your driver's license and credit card was stapled to the bag in an envelope or nothing. Very very unfriendly."

"Walgreens has quite literally pushed me to being a CVS Customer from now on. Trying to swing through on lunch break to pick up a prescription, 2 cars in front of me. As I pull up to the window the lady puts a big sign in the window to block my view and then puts a sign up saying “closed from 1:30-2:00pm for lunch. Absolute ludicrous. Any decent management team could schedule the employees to take lunch at different times. Last time I will ever use Walgreens pharmacy."
