"What a relief! Finding this office was a great experience. As a new patient, making the appointment was effortless and the timing was perfect. Filled out my registration questionnaires prior to the appointment so I was good to go. The entry/waiting room was clean and well appointed with a cheerful greeting from the staff made me feel like they already knew me. I was early and was seen before the actual appointment time. Kelley (sp?), my hygienist, was professional, friendly and showed a real interest in my past dental and orthodontic history. Full set of x-rays and cleaning was done efficiently and without ANY pain or suffering :). All questions were answered. Soon, Dr. Sharara entered, introduced himself, discussed the x-ray findings with the hygienist, promptly did his examination and noted one small observation and made his recommendations that I will certainly follow up on and I appreciate his logical approach.
