"I had my first visit at West Aurora Family Dental for a cleaning and checkup. The office is clean and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist Cari came out to the waiting room to inform me she was running a few minutes late. My most recent appointments with a previous dental provider were always 30 to 45 late getting started with no apologies. Cari did a great job cleaning my sensitive teeth. She is super professional but also humorous and generally made the process as enjoyable as possible at a dental visit. Dr Fry is also very pleasant and personal. He thoroughly explained what he was looking at and why he was recommending a particular procedure. All in all this was my best dental experience in a long time, I plan to recommend these guys to others."
