"Since NavSav took over the former insurance company it has not been the same. Jacob and Phillip are still wonderful, but I can not say the same about the company. I asked them to cancel my insurance and they didn't do it. This caused me to have to go directly to the insurance companies. This uses up a lot of time. They went from 6 agents in the office to three. They sell Allstate and the agent I spoke with from Allstate said they were getting complaints from other customers about Navsav."
