"Rude customer service. When I told Mary the employee that I was picking up prescriptions, she cut me off mid-sentenced very rudely. I never encountered such a rude employee at this location."

"They are always so rude! If you don’t like your job or dealing with people get another job .. I hate picking up prescriptions from there or even calling it’s the worst… I’m moving my prescriptions to the H‑E‑B oak hill pharmacy they are way nicer!"

"Best floral section of HEB‘s in the area. If I can’t make it to Randles, I come here. They also have good outdoor plants that they take good care of, although it is smaller in keeping with the size of the store. The butter tortillas made here are to die for! Sushi, Americanized or Texanized, and potstickers are also very good. Ready to cook, stuffed salmon and coconut shrimp and breaded green beans are excellent! I have always feels the butchers pharmacist here helpful."

"Extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. Was told my prescription would be filled at a certain time, got there at that time to find out my prescription wont be filled until next day. When I told the lady at the counter how no one notified me my prescription would be late, she didn't care or seem concerned. She did not offer another quicker option. I could have waited till next day but its the fact that the lady was rude and no one notified my it was going to be late. I have gone here many times before and they always continue to disappointment me. I will not be back to this pharmacy. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO RUDE , ITS UNACCEPTABLE!!"

"Recently switched all my meds to HEB from Walgreens. Told them the last time I was there my insurance changed and the HEB rep did not seem happy with that. Instead of changing the insurance info, they charged to that insurance anyway. Second time picking up today and they asked if I still had insurance, I told him it changed. Again, did not seem thrilled (must be hard to change insurance info in the computer), I told them that I use GoodRX. He came back and gave me a higher rate than GoodRX, I asked why it was more expensive, he said "we used our (HEB) discount card instead". I repeated the other was cheaper, he said "we no longer work with GoodRX". Now I don't know what to think, are they telling the truth, are they lazy, do they just not want to do their job? Either way, will be switching back to Walgreens. No one at this HEB Pharmacy seems to be to happy anyway. Thank you for the amazing customer service."
