Jersey Mike's Subs

"We ordered through the website as we always do. I guess then door dash picks up your order. Well when we got our "order" it was a bag filled with candy. We were extremely upset by this! We reached out to jersey mikes and without hesitation our order was replaced and delivered with the actual food we ordered. This is outstanding customer service and we are extremely appreciative. Thank you for going above and beyond without hesitation!"

"The foods taste was good. The only complaint is that they only put about half the topping on my wife's sandwich, and they forgot the peppers on mine. Unfortunately, we stopped passing through and got it to go."

"Waited and waited for my sandwich, don't order a Philly cheese sandwich when they are busy. They cranked out the cold cuts but cook the Philly to order. Seemed to take forever. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Over $30 bucks for 3 regular sandwiches. Ok, 2 months later update, ordered a regular sub and they were fast and friendly, sandwich was correct, fresh and tasty. Update, I've noticed parking is not as easy as it might be. If you park on the street it's quite a walk, if you park in the parking lot, well it's still quite a walk. However, the store was clean, well stocked, got in easily, the staff was friendly, fast and our orders were up quickly and prepared correctly. The atmosphere was fast paced but comfortable."

"I walked in to pick up an online order and the first thing I noticed was there's no signage anywhere to let you know where those orders can be picked up. Online, it tells you to look for a table near the checkout. My guess is this must be standard practice at "most" Jersey Mike's locations but, apparently, not the East Peoria store. I asked an employee where to pick up and he instructed me to see the cashier at the end of the counter. I did so and was disappointed (not necessarily surprised) that there was no verbal acknowledgement from the female employee. I spoke first, giving the names for order pick-up (I'd placed 2 separate orders so I gave her both names). She turned around and handed me a bag that contained 2 sandwiches, which was correct for one of the orders. Then I had to remind her that there was a second order. This one hadn't even been started; she grabbed the ticket and walked to the flat top to begin making the sandwich. The first 2 were cold sandwiches and the other was a hot sandwich, maybe it's their policy not to begin a hot sandwich order until the customer's in the store. I can certainly understand NOT cooking it in advance as to make sure it's as fresh as possible. The sandwich was finished, bagged up and handed to me. Now here's the part that really irritates me....throughout this entire interaction, the female cashier didn't utter a single word. No "hey, how ya doin'...here's your sandwich...have a good day". Nothing. While the sandwich itself was great, the whole vibe in the store was really lacking. I'm not looking for someone to hold my hand or braid my hair as I wait for my order, but some form of acknowledgement would've been great. Do better, Jersey Mike's."

"I've eaten here twice. The first time in store there was a mix up about whose sandwich was whose a lady told them what to put on my sandwich. Thought it was a weird fluke. Nope. Ordered Door dash. One sandwich was correct, the other sandwich ignored both the holds and additions to the sub, the chips were wrong and so were the cookies."
