"Have been dealing with Pharmacies between 1 and 4 times a month for last 15 Years. These guys blow all the Competition away, CONSISTENTLY."

"Went to pickup prescriptions, and they had my insurance wrong in their system. I was told I would have to call to fix it. I have never had this problem before. I asked why it would do this all of the sudden. The pharmacist came over and spoke to me incredibly rude telling me it was my insurances fault and basically dismissing me from the counter. I wonder if he would have been so dismissive and rude if he were dealing with a man."

"Went in to get flu shot at 9:30am saw big 3x3 sign saying temporary hours now 10am and first hour is for covid vaccination. Standing at counter while reading sign pharmacy tech made eye contact but said or did nothing. So after reading left and returned at 11:30 am then tech staid we only do vaccination between 9-10am Their sign clearly says open at 10am this is second time i have went to this pharmacy with weird hours of operation will never take my business there again. Went to Target walked up got my flu shot right away"

"After using the pharmacy for years my wife and I will never come back to either this pharmacy or this Krogers. After calling fourth time this month asking if her prescription was ready she was talked down to and treated like a drug seeker for a skin medication. When she asked if there could have been a mix up they started yelling at her. When I called to ask who was talking to her the pharmacist threw Chelsea under the bus while her voice sounded like the one I heard yelling. Never give your money to these people."

"I filled here for 3 years... I absolutely adored the staff... only to be told I could no longer fill at this pharmacy for an apparent misunderstanding between my sister and them. Needless to say I was absolutely heartbroken. And to make matters worse, I needed to fill an antibiotic. But i didn't know my insurance details and when I attempted to ask Kroger RX to at least assist me in providing me necessary basic filling information so that I could fill my script across the street at Walgreens they were beyond rude and very impersonal to a patient/client of multiple years.... There was no compassion, no understanding... And I'm sorry, but I deserve and expect quality customer service, and after EVERY MONTH for 3 YEARS this was how I got treated..."
