"By far the worst service at any Kroger I been to. They can't even fill prescriptions sent a week ago. They have no care for what they do and how they do it. They move at 1 speed and it's slows as possible. They look at us laughing in the back as they stand there just hoping for ppl to just leave. It's pathetic how the manager runs it. Been there serval times to see this man do absolutely nothing except stand in one spot. Ridiculous horrible service should just fired them all at this point."

"yall suck for real. i sat in line for an hour after getting there at 7:15. (I get off work at 7 and this is the only time i can make it.) i’ve been off my meds for 2 days and i was hoping to get them today. nope. apparently getting there 45 minutes before you close wasn’t enough. also the girl that was at the window just laughed at me as i told her the situation as she continued to close the stupid “we’re closed” flap in my face."
