"My 5 prescriptions have been ready since 9/15/23. Today is 9/18/23 ...I called and spoke to someone at 10:07 am. They said my last two prescriptions would be ready in a hour and could be delivered after 12 noon. When I called at 12:45, they said they could not be delivered till tomorrow between 10-4. Okay but the lady said I could have them today.. Then Jay calls, by this time I am so angry. He don't care about me being a customer, doesn't have time to be customer oriented and explain anything.....all he could say is " It will be delivered between 10-4 tomorrow. I need my Insulin, my stupid self can't drive over there to pick it up. Because I have no car. Hitchcock Pharmacy again like I told Jay ....you are unprofessional, uncaring, non customer oriented and lousy group of staff workers."
