"RX called in by hospital went to Kroger hours later. Pharmacy was not busy no reason it wasn't done., Husband just had major surgery. Pharmacist assumed she knew more than the doc and reduced amount prescribed so that it now lasts 2 days instead of 10.. Rude and condescending. Switch all future prescriptions to CVS or Walgreens. Would give a 0 if I could."
"I have to call multiple times to get my prescription filled here every time. For example, my doctor calls in the Rx on Monday at 12 p.m. (I have a notification whenever the doctor does it) and then on Tuesday at 12 p.m., I call the pharmacy to see if they have it ready. They tell me that they do not but they can 'try to push me to the front of the list.' Then I call again 4 hours later and they say they will try to push me to the front of the list. Then I call the next day and they tell me they do not have the medication in stock (why wasn't that mentioned during the other 3 phone calls?). I ask how much time in advance do I need to try to get my doctor to send the Rx in order to get it? They could not answer. I tell them that I'm use to it only taking up to 24 hours at other pharmacies and I am just trying to figure out and they tell me they do not know. The staff seem unhappy and not customer service focused. Maybe they are just too busy. Either way, I'm going elsewhere in the future."
