"They were out of pizza and had a few other things in their hot case. Employees to buys talking to each other. One customer asked about ice cream, and an employee told her they were out. So, I am assuming she wanted the soft serve. Still it was just the way the employee talked to her. Customer satisfaction must not be important"

"This caseys used to be excellent. They were prompt, and their pizza was awesome. I'm not sure west changed, but in all truth, I used to buy pizza from here at least once a week. Then it changed. I'm not sure what, but it became slow, inconsistent and awful. I'm done with this caseys. They have all the tools, but not the desire to use them. They have all the tools, but not my business."
"Casey's, in my opinion, has the best pizza. Close second is Pizza Hut. Casey's also has some pretty good subs. And I really love the breakfast pizza. But, I mostly get candy from Casey's, since it is in a convenient place and easily accessible."
