"Trying to make a first time appointment the receptions was extremely rude and talked down to me. Wouldn’t let me talk. Spoke over me majority of the time as I was trying to understand the payments and what to expect as far as cost on my first visit. Asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was no supervisor. Eventually the woman told me to find somewhere else to go and hung up on me."
