"I brought my vehicle in for an overheating left front wheel. After diagnosing the vehicle, It was recommended that the brakes be replaced, and the system flushed. The vehicle was completed at the cost of over $800. The following day I was driving on a short trip and noticed a squealing sound. Upon inspection I noticed that the left front wheel had overheated, and the wheel cover was separating from the wheel (photos attached). I returned the vehicle to the shop and explained the issue. The following day, it was determined that the caliper needed to be replaced. The next morning, I met with Jerry, the District Manager, he inspected the vehicle and got involved with the repair. He discovered the hydraulic line also need to be replaced, which it was. He test drove the vehicle to ensure the vehicle the problem had been completely repaired. The repairs were accomplished at the expense of the facility. I am satisfied with the resolution and will continue to use CarX as my repair facility."

"“Rattle Rattle thunder crattle…Please NEVER call the CarX Man!!” 1 of the worst experiences in my life. I initially took my car in for an oil change which was to include a 37 point inspection (which I never received) a diagnostic test for a check engine light(which I’m am not sure even took place) and I’d been hear noises from the undercarriage of the vehicle (which was never even spoken of). I was told that my battery and my alternator was giving a code (which advanced auto parts told me earlier that same day for FREE). I did notify the representative that “I have an autistic child and it is imperative for him to make his therapy sessions daily so I was willing to pay to get anything fixed that my vehicle required for the necessary repairs. I was able to finance the services and “repairs were made” (as I was told). While picking up the car the same light that they were to have check on came on again. I called the shop and notified them and was told to bring the vehicle in the following business day. Unfortunately my vehicle cut off and was unable to drive back to the shop. They were able to provide towing for my vehicle. The representative then told me that they did not have the proper tool to notify of the issue and I had to wait for their (very rude and unprofessional) mechanic to bring his personal equipment from home in order for them properly diagnose the issue. At that point I was told that I needed to pay additional fees for an additional service to be completed on my vehicle, I demanded management and was connected to district manager Jeff who was great. He was able to tow my vehicle to a different location to get my vehicle back to driving condition. My car has been driving weird ever since and I believe it is do to the multiple tows and the reason for the initial visit why I am having this current issue and am petrified to even give them another chance to even tell me what the issue is. I feel hurt, sabotaged and taken advantage of. The initial mechanic even accused me of trying to (in so many words acquire something for free) even though I’m on the line for thousands of dollars for repairs that I now must go and pay someone else to make sure were even completed. Was even told a fuel induction was completed on my vehicle twice and no one could tell me why. Left feeling cheated and scared. “If I wanted street work I would have gone to a street mechanic”. Wasn’t worth the time and definitely not the money. Horrible for a company that’s been around since my child hood. Such a bad image for such a reputable company. Son missed 3 days of services and I missed 3 days of work trying allow them to correct this issue only to continuously be led on by Brenx."

"THIS CARX NEED A WHOLE NEW CREW THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 5 DAYS WOULDNT ANSWER MY PHONE CALL OR RETURN ANY OF THEM THE MANAGER IS REAL DISRESPECTFUL THEY TOLD ME I NEED THINGS DONE JUST TO TELL ME I HAD ENGINE PROBLEMS THEY DIDNT PUT MY COOLANT BACK IN I CAME WITH ALL TOOK ALL THE OIL OUT MY CAR …… DONT GO TO THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS FIRED THE WHOLE CREW"

"The employees were very disrespectful, and I felt as if they were being racist to my best friend. They said, there was a girl with a shower cap on to one of their employees. It’s a bonnet. There’s no reason to talk about your customers when they can hear you. He didn’t apologize, after she felt disrespected. Then charge over 125 for a diagnostic, when I was told in person it wouldn’t be more than 75, so we made an appointment for a different day. Will never come to this business again. This experience was highly unprofessional, Wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"Went here on Tuesday night needing brakes fixed it had a pin stuck that we couldn't get out to fix the brakes ourselves. I am a single mom who works for instacart so giving my car up is a hard thing. But they had it done less than an hour after dropping it off. I would highly recommend this location"
