"Made My last appointment with in 18hr, Staff told me 11:30. When I showed up they said my appointment was at 11:10 and Dr.Joe was not there. Yet they are charging me for a missed appointment. Clearly a miscommunication and Dr.Joe missed my appointment. PS. Dr Joe even left for lunch early. No need to charge me, did I say he wasn't there."

"Steer clear of this place. Was referred here by my dentist for a tooth extraction. The billing has been a nightmare, Toni specifically is rude and condesending. I had to pay for my procedure day of which was about $251 plus dollars. I was provided a debit card receipt but no detailed receipt. I also didn't ask for one. I was never told it was an estimate. About two months after the appointment I just get a random bill from Lakeland Hills for $10.95 it just says $10.95 balance. No explanation of the charge. I was told at my appointment I had to pay the remaining balance in full which I did. So a bill with $10.95 and no explanation was not something I paid as my bill was paid in full day of appointment, so I thought. When they sent me another invoice, I called to question what I was being billed for and explained to Toni there was no explanation of the charge on the invoice, Toni was so condensending. She explanined how the procedure cost so much, I paid an estimate and after the insurance paid their portion there was a balance. I explained that all of that should be listed on this invoice not just a invoice that says $10.95 and nothing else. If I owe it, I'll pay it but it seems a little deceptive to just throw a dollar amount out there with no description or explanation. Toni so rudely spoke to me like a toddler. She so rudely explained to me how a phone works and how I can pick it up and call if I have a question. Not necessary and not well received. The whole thing could have been avoided with proper billing procedures and not just some dollar store looking invoice with a price and no supporting charge for service. They just lost a patient over $10.95. I don't need to be spoken to like that and I certainly will not give money to a buisness who charges people with no explanation as to what they are charging. Additionally, while in the chair all the doctor talked about was his Google reviews which they seem to really care about."
