"If I could leave zero stars I would. Went there for the first time today to get an oil change they come back to me that they broke the valve stem off of my car tire. Offered No replacement. offered no reimbursement. offered no discounts for the services that they provided very dissatisfied with rapid lube and their solutions to the problems that they caused to my car while I have to put out more money to fix the problems that the caused."
"Have never been dissatisfied at rapid lube before..... I get coupons every 3 months for being a dedicated customer. Well today I am not happy about my experience. Mind you I pay close to $100. Every time I get an oil change... Thursday is ladys day which is great they offer this, but I was unable to honer my coupon and ladys day at the same time... Completely dissatisfied !!!!"
