"Tldr: Avoid General Dentist at All Costs for Invisalign Treatments I urge anyone considering Invisalign to think twice before choosing Dr. Hill, or any general dentist. The service and care provided by Dr. Hill and his team are not worth the premium cost. Save your time, money, and emotional well-being by seeking a qualified professional orthodontist. My experience was deeply troubling and regrettable. After investing $5,000 for what was promised as a simple case, I was left with a smile filled with small gaps and no improvement despite five refinements over a year. The only "solution" offered by Dr. Hill and his team was a seemingly endless loop of refinements. I had to seek out a professional orthodontist to start from scratch - a decision that came with no refund from Dr. Hill, unsurprisingly. Dr. Hill’s method, heavily reliant on generic treatment plans generated by Invisalign's software, lacks any form of personalization or professional insight. This one-size-fits-all approach is fundamentally flawed, as it ignores the unique aspects of each patient’s dental structure. Whenever I faced an issue or sought clarification, Dr. Hill was nowhere to be found, leaving his office staff to parrot the line that “I understand you're upset, but there’s nothing we can promise” effectively washing their hands of any responsibility. The incompetency didn't end with Dr. Hill; his dental assistant, whose skill level seemed more akin to an intern, contributed to the poor experience. For those who are interested in Invisalign treament, do yourselves a favor and consult with a certified professional orthodontist."
