"No air conditioning in office, too many steep steps into building. Rude office staff. Told me I didn't have an appointment, when I called a week ago to schedule and at that time got confirmation of said appointment, then told me I had to wait more time because of others issues. I said that's why I made an appointment, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Not looking good for a first impression."

"Dr.Shenker has been my dentist for over 30 years. His staff especially Mary are so nice, professional, and just like family. I refer family and friends to them. Dr Shenker's son is practicing now and he is an excellent dentist just like his dad."

"This is one of the worst dentist I been to. My first appointment went well but my follow up didn’t. I came here with my children on the first visit and was told me and my 3 year old needed a follow up for filling. We made it to the follow up I was told that they would be able to see my daughter because of her age. Which was a inconvenience because she missed out on school just not to be seen. The same day I got filling in two days later it fell out. I called the office and I couldn’t be seen until two weeks later. When I arrived to this follow up appointment to get my filling fix I had to reschedule because they was book. Do not only am I’m walking around with a hole in my tooth I’m in pain and can barely eat. The office is small and you don’t have no privacy between you in the other people room. The older dentist seem kind of rude. The younger dentist is cool but a little inexperience. The dental assistants are alright. The younger receptionist is friendly and awesome. THE OLDER RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE AND SEEMS NOT TO LIKE BLACK PEOPLE. She is very NICE NASTY."

They practice Covid guidelines-place was clean .A family practice Father and Son team and they make you feel welcome ...The Dentist chairside manners very personable and professional, with a sense of humor...lol I felt they took time to walk and talk me through entire process...had my best interest at hand no trying to get you to do or buy into anything.. "Called to make an appointment since my front tooth filling has fallen out ( it has been in for 16 years). Unfortunately they were not able to fit me in until November 9 (I was disappointed to have to have to deal with a chipped tooth until then, but I accepted it). They thought they hung the phone up and said SCREW YOU. I called them back to let them know I heard them and it was extremely unprofessional. I will never go to them again. The dentist is great, but the staff is unprofessional and immature. In the last hour, I have changed my dental group, advised my insurance company and alerted all who I referred to maybe go somewhere else."
