"My first call was answered by Katie, which she made me feel needed and appreciated. My first visit, I was greeted by Maria with a big smile, next up, Lauren helped my mother to the chair and with a professional attitude took all the information for this visit. Dr. Danos spoke with my Mom and I about the different procedures and needs. Back to the Office Manager Katie for all the in house finances and possible selections. After, Kelly took my mom back to the chair and start the process creating a pair on dentures. Everyone in this office was Kind, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Motivated and Caring. For me, this was an Outstanding visit and thank each and everyone of those great people in Aspen. Again, thanks."

"The dentist doctor and the assistant was very nice and friendly I was treated like I’m no one by the manager soon as she found out I didn’t have the kind of insurance that they accepted she immediately gave me the referral to the oral surgeon and she didn’t try to put me on a payment plan or anything she showed no sign of support to a patient I work Monday through Friday so she don’t know what kind of payment plan I could have been on to get my mouth together but I will never be back there as long as. I live it’s more dentist out here that will treat people with some respect and for her to be the store manger she is a sorry manger and she treated me like I was a no body and the manger name is Katie Davis poor manger just poor they only care about making money and not helping people truly .i have a broken tooth the dentist said he could pull it didn’t give no prescription for pain or infection just sad"

"Aspen Dental Staff and setting pleasant. Quick appointment. That's good. Over priced! Way over priced. For sure! Shoddy workmanship on reline of dentures. Work done by very young dental assistant, not dentist! Not good. My personal advice: Go elsewhere!! Doesn't mean you won't have a bad experience another place. Your choice, of course. Good luck!!"

"I brought my husband in for some serious tooth pain, due to issues with one of his molars. Admittedly, it’d been awhile since he’s seen a dentist. So naturally, he was a bit anxious. From start to finish, his visit could not have gone any better. There was practically no waiting time, as he was called back mere minutes after arriving. The dental assistants were so kind and patient when getting the x-rays and seating us. The hygienist practically met us in the room following the X-rays and promptly started discussing oral and gum health. He too, was so kind and informative. When he said the doctor would be coming in next, he wasn’t kidding. The doctor came right in, to discuss the findings from the X-rays, along with his treatment options. He was extremely personable and understanding. His willingness to help my husband get back on the right dental path, was evident. The appointment ended with the office manager thoroughly explaining our options from a financial/insurance standpoint. She was just as polite and patient as the rest of the staff. We left the appointment, feeling significantly less stressed than we anticipated. Overall, great experience for sure!"
