"Scheduling was difficult. No ones on the same page when it comes to communication and notes. Jasmine is the least professional in my opinion. The staff here is rude and ghetto. They lack the ability to be concerned with there patients. You are 100 percent just a bill. They concern is you paying and not fixing your smile. Save your money and time and choose someone else’s TRUST ME"

"Jasmine is the worst front desk rep. She talks to much and don’t listen. She’s very sarcastic and rude. I will try another dentist office that’s willing to listen to your concerns and not just rush you through there systematic scheduling. will be going some where else."

"I am glad I didn’t get to see the dentist here. Reading the reviews it might have been horrible experience. I waited an hour after my appointment time for check up. They didnt give me an estimate of how long the wait would be. The lady at the front desk as too busy to acknowledge my concern even though I asked her. She said I’ll address it after I am finished with what ever she was doing. Another staff came and addressed the situation and I felt I was just standing there staring at their faces. Really undervalued as a patient/customer and no value for time either. Would not recommend for me or family or anyone who values their time and patience."

"I was originally a patient in south county. I moved from south county to north county. So i wanted to change my dentist office to something more closer/convenient. When i called to do so I was told i would get a call back from the district manager to move my profile over. I waited a week in a half nobody never reached out. I then called back and the DM was available and moved my profile over. Moving forward i scheduled an appointment for today 02/22 i arrived at 9:52 am my appointment was at 10:00am. I was told my appointment was cancelled because i didn’t give a verbal response. “But received email saying we’re see you tomorrow”. It’s upsetting that I wasted so much of my time waiting around for this place for them to turn me away. The lady at the front desk said i could reschedule or wait to see if someone doesn’t show. That wasn’t convenient for me"

"The dentist I saw was disrespectful and had poor bedside manner. He belittled me for not having seen a dentist in a while. He was rude and rough. He hit my teeth extremely hard with a tool, deliberately, then asked, “is this the one that hurts?” He didn’t answer any of my questions and left me with a tech who previously told me she’d just started the job. That didn’t help my confidence in her. She actually took an hour to image my teeth and she needed assistance using the machines to take images. No work was done, nothing for the pain. Just a waste of time, rude people, and a bill. The receptionists was informative of my options, friendly and professional."
