Love my CVS, regardless of managerial or corporate expectation pressuring staff in a field over worked and understaffed."

"Cannot get past robo.. they filled a prescription I had already told them not to fill. The one time I got a person a week ago, I asked to not fill it because I just had it filled. Then I get a text saying it's ready for pickup! Now I can't reach anyone. I live 15 miles away and cannot run back and forth to go in person. Yet you cannot reach another department other than pharmacy and you cannot talk to a person there. Crazy."
