"The pharmacist himself worked with me. However this HEB pharmacy is not equipped to help the hard of hearing and make no attempt to do extra then label and charge medications. When I transferred to this pharmacy, one of the girls told me that I have to call CVS and complete the transfer. The 2nd rep did it for me. 3 people told me my insurance had been corrected and it wasn't including a lady pharmacist. The male pharmacist corrected the issue. Today, Vanessa sounded so far away on the phone but did nothing to speak louder or get another rep who speaks louder. Grant it not everyone feels comfortable dealing with handicap."
"My daughters prescription was filled in a very timely manner, and the pharmacist I spoke with gave me very helpful information when I was not sure about dosages."
"This place sends false notifications that medication is ready ALL THE TIME. When they say they will fill it immediately, they either forget some meds or don't notify you."
"The pharmacist Josh Maldonado who works here does not care, they failed to contact the veterinarian for seizure medication for 4 days to update prescription and he refused to provide medication to fill the gap risking what their failure will cause in our dog. He said they faxed it to the vet. The vet does not use fax and 4 days later I am still waiting even after the vet called them a couple times to fill the prescription."
"Literally every time I get a prescription here they call saying they will have it ready, I show up and it’s not ready. Still the worst HEB pharmacy location I’ve been too. The workers are friendly and helpful but I’m confused as to why this branch is so inefficient. It always takes so much of my time to come here."
