"If I could give this pharmacy a ZERO star I would! The female that has curly blonde hair/looks Hispanic has completely ZERO customer service. Her tone and delivery is completely disgusting. Especially when I can hear her through the drive thru on how she treats people. The manager or supervisor should really get rid of her. People are only trying to get their medication, but you walk away and start talking to your coworker about the customers. She’s completely discusting and unprofessional. I hope Walgreens management does something about this."

"I live in McKinney, but this pharmacy was the closest place to get a Covid test. I had an appointment. Only one car ahead of us in the drive-through. It took a while to get to the window, then the staff member seemed to be moving as slow as possible to take care of us. Go to another pharmacy if possible, service is very slow at Walgreens."
"Cashier was rude. Got a major attitude when I simply ask him to put all my purchases in one bag. He replied defensively with "that's what I was doing". Okay, well I can't read your mind. He seemed really put off by me for absolutely no apparent reason. I'm guessing because I wasn't talking a lot like he was. When I shop I don't go out to socialize. Also the Russell Stover chocolate candies I bought we're completely melted inside the package. I won't be back to this store."
