"It took them a whole hour to tell me that they only had only 1 of my prescriptions. Come back in 30, sat for 10 then ask to go back around in the drive thru, then sat another 20...then said we only have 1. Then the manager said...i cant give u something i dont have. Missed the whole.point and this is the manager...wow! U should have told me from the start, we will only be able to fill one and let it be my call to sit and wait or come back. Poor communication!!!"

"There was a prescription called in here for my daughter. I called that evening and asked if it was ready and I was told “we don’t have it in stock but we ordered it and it will be here around 2 tomorrow.” So I called the next day at 2:15 and they said “we don’t have that in stock- you will have to go to Lancaster walmart.” I explained that I was already told that they ordered it and it would be ready. The girl said “Oh okay, well it will be here around 3:30.” I called at 5 and asked if it was ready again and a man answered and told me “We are working on it right now so go ahead and come up here.” I got there and was told “We don’t have that medicine in stock.” I once again, explained that I was told it was ordered and she told me she’d go check. She came back and said “It was back ordered so we didn’t receive it and it’s not available at any walmarts within 100 mile radius.” I got different answers from everyone. I was told I needed to go to a different walmart and then told none of the stores have it in stock. I was also told they were currently working on it when that clearly was just not true. They luckily transferred the prescription to a different pharmacy who I will now use instead of Walmart."
