"I want to give zero rating to this store. My doctor sent a prescription to cross roads CVS. They ran of medication and sent it to this store. They told me that they need clarifcation for a medication at Friday after doctor office hours. I ran out of medication and no one cares about it in that PHarmacy. The staff are also very rude. They don't even care if I don't have medication for the weekend."

"Not filling someone’s RX “because of the price” is straight discrimination! Something they’ve been on for decades (through CVS) and need daily. What’s worse is you didn’t bother verifying the insurance card matched, like they swore they did. They assumed it was the same information after telling them it’s a new card. So that $200 you quoted was actually $67 ($50 if I go to Kroger or HEB). Would you have filled it then if you had done it right the first time? At what price point do you not fill a RX?? Not to mention you didn’t bother calling or texting relaying this information. We came in Thursday, you said Monday at the latest, and we just got a text saying you just put in the order. We’ll transfer anywhere else, thank you."

"Absolutely piss poor customer service. This is the second time I've been in the store and both experiences were very negative. We were in the store at 1:45pm today. We called before to see if an item was in stock and it turns out the website was wrong. The girl that answered didn't ask what we needed but just put us on hold and never came back. We were already on our way to the store and were there within 1 minute. We saw no customers in the store but we saw three girls all stocking the same corner shelf together and chit-chatting. They had made no attempt to come back to the phone and help us. I then told one of them that I could not find any men's reading glasses only women's and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off."

"I booked a covid vaccine online for days later and they’re going to call me on the very day of the vaccine saying that I didn’t fill out the application correctly, in particular the insurance information, and so they said they would have to cancel it. This is nonsense because I submitted pictures of my insurance card online. What a waste of time. I booked my covid vaccine at Walmart instead and for the same day. They did not require my insurance information online to make an appointment. These guys at this pharmacy are amateurs."
