"I can't say enough good things about my treatment from Maple Shade. I lost a filling and had some other minor issues and they were fantastic. I have never experienced such a well-run operation and I have made them my permanent dental office. Every appointment was right on time and all staff has been extremely friendly. Overall, I am totally satisfied and was even surprised that their costs were reasonable. I highly recommend them!"

"Has really gone downhill in the last 3 years. We’ve had multiple issues with the office with improper billing. Please know your insurance coverage otherwise you’ll pay more than necessary. I’m usually able to correct these issues and settle everything pleasantly. We recently received an unpleasant visit when my 9 year old son was referred from a pediatric Dentist for a cavity on an adult tooth. I explained he already had his comprehensive visit with a cleaning and X-rays a week ago. The Dr did an evaluation for treatment exam and checked his cavities and discussed a treatment plan. She was extremely kind and friendly to him while explaining the procedure. We scheduled to have his cavities fixed. Everything went amazing at the second visit. The third visit the office lady cornered me in the office to explain that insurance denied coverage for his first visit because they filed for a comprehensive visit and for care that he did not receive. She acted like I was months behind and faulted on a bill I had yet to receive. She insisted that she billed it correctly because he was a new patient and the Dr looked in his mouth which is why it’s considered a comprehensive office exam. Most insurances only cover one comprehensive visit every 6 months because it includes the cleaning. So they made me pay the bill for services not rendered. Unfortunately as a result, the Dr then rushed fixing my son’s cavity without waiting for him to go fully numb and he said he felt the drill this time. During his first visit the Dr had used all notes and X-rays from the prior Doctor and only looked at the teeth with cavities. She didn’t do a full comprehensive examination on him even if he was new. This office used to be full of cheer and friendly faces. All have left and employees keep coming and going. The dental hygienists and Doctors are always amazing and friendly. The office is kept dark, quiet and cold now. We will be finishing out his treatment and seeking out new dental services."

"At my first appointment the staff took a complete set of x-rays. That was helpful as the practice I patronized in the past did not send my last x-rays and records as requested. My options were presented along with information about what my insurance would and would not cover. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful experience. My insurance made me change dentists and I’m glad they did. The new patient experience was wonderful. Very professional and extremely thorough. The staff is amazing!! They are so nice. I would recommend Maple Shade in East Peoria to everyone!!!"

"Great place that’s military-friendly, they got me healthy and deployment-ready and dentist expertly filled out my paperwork. The dentist assistant was also very kind and friendly as well as was the hygienist. They do get busy so keep that in mind when scheduling, but they do their best to accommodate if they’re given enough notice in advance. Scheduled online with a quick and easy system and also did all my paperwork online."
