"Called several times. They said they would text when prescription was ready. Called 20 minutes before closing, and they had never texted but said “Oh yah, it’s ready”. I went 2 days without prescription."
"Women at the register are not helpful at all or friendly and seem not to like doing their job. And don’t even seem to care that the customer needs their medication. This has happened 3 times already within the last year , I love Costco and use to love the pharmacy customer service , not anymore. They look at you like you’re beneath them and bothering them with questions. (Or at least that’s how they make me feel with their “over this “ look, maybe it’s a race thing , I don’t know but They don’t even say hello or thank you. Rude. I normally don’t leave bad reviews on anyone but this was too much already."
"By far the best pharmacy I’ve used for my medication! Not only are the staff always very helpful, but go above and beyond to help. The pharmacist caught that one of my medications may be counteracting the other, something that my doctors had even missed! They always get the supply in fast and have great coupons on Good Rx."

"Horrible customer service. Last time we went there I had to write down the spelling of my name after spelling it slowly 3 times. They close on Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. Arrived one time while they were open and the tech looked right at us as she shut the doors saying they are closed. Have had problems with getting refills and was told to call the doctor myself and have the doctor call Costco. Customer service has died at this Costco pharmacy. I have transferred all my prescriptions out and will never use them again. Even the Costco employees have complained about the service there. If Costco wants to have a pharmacy they should train the pharmacy employees to the same level of customer service as the store employees."
