"I'm on the fence. Sometimes, they are super other times, not so great. I had a shot appointment, which doesn't appear to mean anything. I had to wait 20 minutes for the walkins to be helped. Other times, my prescriptions were filled perfectly. I guess like most big chains, it all depends on who helps you. The lastest pharmacist who gave me my shots was very curt....it is just a job for her. She did it well, but late, and don't ask any questions. I won't be in a hurry to go back.....but they are way better than all CVSs and Walgreens."

"The girl who works there is SUPER rude( white, young and tall at the counter) Not a hello nor anything. I had to go back later and the the young man at the drive thru window was nice, but it's always disappointing when your initial service is so bad"

"Joshua was very considerate of everyone. He was very patient with helping me as we tried to figure out my prescription documents. And he was very conscious of the details while working the computer systems. He asked a lot of questions and made sure I was comfortable."

"I love Tom Thumb pharmacy. They are always very kind to us. Tonight the pharmacist and the tech both went out of their way for 10-15 minutes trying to find an alternative medicine to what our doctor prescribed since our insurance doesn’t cover those medications. Never had to wait long for my prescription although I always call them to ensure they got it from my doctor before I head their way."

"Awful Pharmacy. We started having some prescriptions filled here because we like the store and it’s close to home. The problem is that they only fill when you call to check on status of prescription… well, sometimes they start filling when you call. For example, Dr. Called in antibiotic for my 3 y/o sick with Strep at 3pm… (we have text notifications enabled but never received a text) I called at 530pm to inquire, the woman who answered sounded annoyed I called and I was told it was “still being filled and wouldn’t be ready for a few hours”. When I asked for a time they said 7pm. We waited until 745pm, showed up and it still wasn’t filled. This has happened multiple times, even times we have waited a day to pick up the prescriptions, they are not ready and then we wait over an hour in the store for them. We have had multiple prescriptions that do not have the correct number of pills (significantly less). Also the employees that work at the pharmacy tend to be rude on the phone and in person. God forbid you have a question about an OTC medicine or a prescription they talk to you like you are wasting their time. We are not using them anymore. Do not get your prescriptions filled here. The actual grocery store and staff that work there are great but staff at pharmacy do not care at all."
