"Very rude pharmacist, they keep you waiting for so long they keep you hanging there, not recommended at all"

"Wow. Now a purchase a one those gift cards that was scam. Went back to this store see where they going take care of it. Do an investigation knowing that it was scam. In all to call me back and tell me it was scam and I will have to call visa because they are third party and make a claim. And they might give me my money back. Not there money my money. What was the purpose of doing an investigation. No one want to take responsibility for service they are selling but continue to sale it. We started boycotting these places they will change there policies."

"Came for the convenience of cash back. I purchased a random bottle of wine and before checking in informed front desk that I needed cash back. As Kay is checking me out I remind her, I need cash back. I ask if it’s okay to use Apple pay for cash back. She agreed. After transaction is complete I informed her it did not allow me to choose cash back. She said, that for Apple Pay we don’t do cash back. I asked if I could refund given that I haven’t stepped out the counter and the only reason I purchased was to obtain cash. She said it would be too inconvenient for her. She’d have to call manager and do a refund. I asked again for refund and she called manager. While waiting for him she said she wished she knew I wanted cash back, I reminded her I told her several times and she just shrugged. How was the most simple transaction made into such a burden?"

"I received a text from CVS that said my prescription was not in stock. I was asked if I wanted to transfer the prescription to another store. I called to see if I could receive just a few pills to last until the prescription could be filled entirely. Esam worked with me over the next four hours and did just that and solved my problem."

"We have always enjoyed getting our prescriptions at CVS Pharmacy, The entire staff is friendly and professional. I would like to identify one Pharmacy Tech named Eman.Eman always recognizes me when come to pick up my medications. He repeatedly goes above and beyond to find the best price for my medication. Eman is exceptionally friendly and he never makes me feel rushed or like I am asking a dumb question regarding my medications. I hope CVS realizes what an exceptional employee Eman is."
