"I used to have all my RX sent to this pharmacy but over the last year the service has gone down. I just had an experience with another rude employee (Christie) who was just nasty as I asked a simple question. The manager was no help and just said "sorry, things like that happen here". DO NOT use this pharmacy. They also operate Legacy Pharmacy in Frisco as well. They had Ballpark Pharmacy but they shut down. So that tells you how they do business."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This place has the most incompetent staff. My physician personally called in my prescription. To no avail prescription NEVER FILLED. I Spoke to 3 people in one day. My physician’s office called twice finally they were able to get Pharmacist. Day later nothing from them. Bottom line it was excuse after excuse never filled. Friday December 22 called to say they couldn’t fill prescription cause my insurance (they claim they didn’t have) stated already filled by another pharmacy. If I needed my medication to live 5 days ago I’d be dead waiting on this place. **NOTE TO OWNER IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING IN BUSINESS YOU BETTER GET A GENUINE CARING STAFF.**"

"I am furious. I’ve been working with this pharmacy for a little over a week Filling this current prescription. If there was an option for zero, stars, I would give them zero stars. I continuously have an issue with filling prescriptions. They keep making errors they keep charging the wrong accounts. I drove all the way from De Soto to pick up a prescription that they told me would be ready when I got there. I spoke with someone earlier in the day and advised that the prescription would Pick up in 5 to 10 minutes. The prescriptions were Not ready and they made excuses for it. What happened to customer service? It’s obvious that this pharmacy does not value other peoples time. If this pharmacy has Any social media platform? I will make it my business to verbalize my grievances. I wonder if the owner of this pharmacy is aware of how it’s staff is conducting business. I’m also going to speak with the doctors office that recommended this pharmacy to advise them of the repeated problems. I can understand if this was a one off situation. However, this is happened on multiple occasions, which to me speaks of"

"Very good customer service. Extremely quick with the orders. I don’t have to remember to place a refill , I always get a text two weeks before due date and the price is so much better . I wish every doctor would use this pharmacy. Thank you for taking so great care of me ."
