"We have tried several pharmacies in the DFW area, and this is by far the best one. Tony, who I believe is the head pharmacist, is always seen expeditiously and empathically dealing with customer orders, phone calls, and questions, never breaking a sweat as he rushes to stay on time and minimize customer wait times. He has so much energy and focus and pride in what he does that he should be an example to other pharmacists around. We tried 3 different pharmacies where things moved slow as molasses, errors were frequent, and people were rude. Not so here! Kati and Brenda are always a pleasure to work with, super polite and helpful, and super patient and understanding no matter how busy. We get all our medications here and will be getting all our shots here as well from now on. In this day and age where cost cuts and staff shortages dominate, this is a gem in the rough."

"I wouldn’t rely on the pharmacy again. They told me my prescription would be ready in an hour. Came back three hours later where they told me they’ve been backed up all day and wouldn’t have it until the next day. I needed that medication and if they would have just told me they were backed up in the first place I could have gone somewhere else."

"Appointment at 7pm, registered at 7:20pm, received vaccination at 8pm. 1 hour for such an easy work? Really? They have zero time management skill. There was no single apology from the pharmacist wearing white lab coat. If you are in Walgreens management team looking at this review, note that this occurred on 3/13/2023."

"Scheduling a flu shot means nothing. I have been sitting here 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment for a shot that takes 30 seconds to administer. Really bad time management skills at this location."
