"Made my kids appointment back 6 months ago for their regular cleaning. Arranged for someone to take them. When they got there they cleaned their teeth then to find out the actual dentist is not in the office. I have to arrange again for them to go back to see her. Took my son back to see her all so she could tell him he needs to brush after he eats every time. Sorry but working parents don't have the time to mess with this dentist. To top it off of my son had to miss two days of work because of her also."

"My family and I have gone to Aledo Family Dentistry for as long as I can remember. The staff has always been friendly and with three siblings in my family, they always did a good job getting us in and cooperating with our tight schedules. As of late their service has declined significantly. To the point where I feel justified writing a review and giving them one star. Not only have I waited half hours, even an hour in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. I have tried making follow-up appointments after getting wisdom teeth removal just to be put off or referred to another office. I was able to change my schedule, get a follow-up, and was disappointed again when I waited in the waiting room for an hour with dry sockets. The result was a 3 minute appointment with a doctor who was not personable, showed no interest in my concerns, and went to his next appointment without so much as "have a nice day". Dr. Olson would be really disappointed in the direction of this office and I will not be going back any time soon."
