"I am not rating due to service. I am giving them a one star because of an employee who is bashing another employee on social media. I am part of a dental group on Facebook and an employee posted another patient’s Perio chart and stated that her coworker charted the numbers incorrectly. That was very unprofessional of her. The other employee happened to be part of that group and seen the post reported it to her doctor and the doctor told her to take it up with the person who posted it. That creates a hostile work environment and personally as a dental professional myself I feel sorry for the young lady who was treated that way and I feel sorry for the patient who will have to go to that clinic and feel such a horrible vibe I have worked in a clinic that was hostile and it made it very hard to give the best care to the patients because you’re preoccupied or overwhelmed with an unsafe and hostile work environment. And for the Doctor Who owns that clinic to not address the issue but to want the two ladies to confront each other is very poor management on the drs end. I will be calling the office and reporting this. Not only did she embarrass and belittle her coworker but she posted a patient’s chart on the Internet. Although the patients name was not on the chart she was not given permission from that patient to post any information about them in their dental health. I hope the doctor sees this and takes it as a learning lesson on how to conduct her office in a better manner and reprimand the lady who posted that information."
