"My son purchased a PS5 for his little brother from this store and it is filthy. Full of dust and the outside is dirty. It was a pre-owned but they should at least test them and clean them! Highly upset with this store since we live in Evansville it's not convenient to make the trip back over. Trying 1 of our stores today. Get it together Harrisburg GameStop!"
"Lady had no neck and was super rude. Told me never to return again after making me wait for 45 minutes then acting like I'm ridiculous that I'm annoyed when they say their machine isn't working and I waited for nothing. Don't come here unless you want to get annoyed and zero help."
