All their delivery people have been friendly and very caring as well, but you might get lucky and get one of the sweet mature ladies that give you the warm fuzzies of a Grandmother with a Degree bringing you medicine. The drive-through window is too high :)"

"Have a prescription that requires compounding. Doctors office called Friday and said they told the pharmacy we were completely out of medicine and need to pick up on Saturday. Doctor even called us back after speaking to the pharmacy to confirm with us. Arrived Saturday and was told it wasn't quite ready, come back in an hour. Arrived back an hour later only to be told (by a different teenager) that it wasn't ready and that they had to order the components to be made on Monday. Service was rude (not the first time either) and put us in a horrible bind over the weekend. If we end up at ER this weekend, you can bet S&J is going to be paying the bill. What ever happened to customer service? Could someone have picked up the phone and told us what was going on? Why would they tell the doctor ok then not follow through? Done with snarky people, clueless teenagers, inconsistent service and stories."
