"I have dealt with Best Value pharmacy in Glen Rose since approximately 2009 and never had a complaint until now, after having been told the three previous times that they did not have the same prescription in stock every time it has been prescribed for me and I'll have to wait until after the weekend this time to get a refill for something that I can not function without, I think I've about had enough. Somebody needs to wake the hell up and do their damned job. This will be their last chance on this with next months refill, if they can not carry a prescription that is regularly prescribed for me or any other customer, then I guess its time to take my business elsewhere to someone that can provide what I need on time. It will end up costing me more money, time, and pain to drive to Granbury, but I don't see any other satisfactory alternative if it comes to that as Glen Rose Discount drug had the worst service I've ever seen in a pharmacy at the time I switched to Best Value back in 2009."
