After having a negative experience with another company, I was referred to Derek and he sent Clarence out to my home to help me out. Clarence, the service expert, was a lifesaver. Not only did he fix up my fireplace expertly, but he also took the time to share some invaluable maintenance tips. Plus, he was incredibly patient around my house full of kids during Thanksgiving break. Kudos to him for handling it all like a champ!
