Negative=Aug 2022 RX tech LoKei(sp?) threw “fit” in store yelling @workers because they didn’t have a 24 pack of Sprite! Mgr Seth witnessed this. I think that’s highly inappropriate for a pharmacy employee to act like that on the job. she’s still employed Sept 2022."

"I'm new to Aledo and fell in love with Brookshire's store. They are so friendly and caring, I feel like I went back 20yrs when store employees used to treat their customers and would take the time to get to know you. When I saw they had a pharmacy I was happy. I had previously been going to a CVS, I knew every employee as they were very friendly and personal. I never had to tell them my name, they new who I was. I assumed since Brookshire's store was giving me that same impression I thought the pharmacy would be the same way. Boy was I wrong! They are not friendly at all! I feel like I'm bothering them and I'm to read their minds. I guess since I haven't had to think so much at CVS I forgot how to talk to another pharmacist. My thought was maybe she should have a proper process of talking to a customer as I can't be a mind reader nor need attitude. They need to do a little bit more talking and asking questions so the customer knows what to say. Like....hello, are you here for a pick up of medication?(since I'm standing at the pick up section) Yes! okay what's your last name and date of birth or whatever it is they need to find your meds. Instead of a attitude of....can I help you? Yes, I'm here for a pick up. AND???...and what???...AND what's your last name? Oh!!!..okay its... Since this was my third time coming to the pharmacy, I'm just not getting the friendly vibe. My disabled mother told me another time when she needed help and she said they were unfriendly. I'm so disappointed they are not meeting my expectations and I'm looking forward to the new CVS opening."
