"Things have changed here. First, the pharmacist hung up on my wife when she called to ask the status of filling a difficult to obtain drug and he was frustrated. Then today, their credit card machine was down, had to get cash in town and charged $3 to get the cash and pharmacy wouldn't reimburse for that (it's THEIR problem). So, all our meds (about 10+ maintenance meds in all) are moved from this pharmacy. My advice is to avoid this pharmacy. We will not return."

"Pharmacist, seems to be more interested in bottom dollar, than actually being a service to patrons. In my case, my family did business there in excess of $200 a month...he refused to fill a $2.00 a month, 60 tablets prescription for an opioid, indicating I wasn't doing enough non opioid business there. Became very loud in communicating with me. Stated his supplier was the one cutting me off? Wasn't concerned with my needs."

"If I could give this place less than 1 star, I really would! The person I spoke to on the phone was unnecessarily rude when I asked a simple question about a refill. He was extremely short with me and insisted on talking over me even when I explained why I was calling. This was just horrible customer service. If you want to be spoken to respectfully, don’t go here. Simple."

"Moved into this area 1 1/2 years ago. Love the small town feel, but definitely have not got that from Justin Pharmacy. Had several prescriptions to pick up, one was missing and the lady at the window was zero help in figuring out why it wasn’t ready. After several days and calls to my insurance, our doctor, the pharmacy (which was extremely rude to me and our Dr on the phone and apparently hung up on her), I switched our business to NorTex which is further out of the way however they do deliver. Have not had any issues. Wish we had gotten the service the others on here seem to be getting."
