Brookshire's Pharmacy

"Service was poor when it was Brookshires. Now it’s worse as Walgreens. Takes forever to get Rx filled. Constantly out of medication and have to order it. The wait is ridiculously slow especially in the drive through. Hours were reduced and closed on Sunday due to Covid but they never brought the hours back. I sat in line at the drive thru for over 30 min just to have a rude employee tell me they were closing the drive thru right as I got to the window. She told me I would have to park and come inside ( to wait in line again). I told her I waited 30 min in line. She didn’t care. I came inside to find her talking about me saying there was no way I waited 30 min. I called her out on it and walked out. Looking for a new pharmacy!!"

"Although they had the necessary information on file, I was never contacted by the pharmacy to inform me they don’t carry a certain strength prescription. I was told, very rudely by the lady working the inside counter to call around to find a pharmacy that did. Patient ended up going without a much needed medication for two days because of the incident."

"Pharmacy opens at 10 am on a Saturday, sitting in front of the drive thru window just to be told that they don’t open the drive thru not until 10.30 or SO!!! Not even a sign or anything, I had to call to see what’s going on because the cone was not removed yet. If it’s advertised that it opens at 10 both side should open at the same time, or advertise it more clearly! Can’t go inside with my dog with me. Also some employees need to loose their attitude! Not very customer service on their part!"

"Changes hours and doesn’t change it on Google or alert customers electronically. Only notice I found was at the drive through window after I get there. Called to complain because I drove so far and all I got was condescension by the store director and excuses it’s because of the surge in Covid cases. Well Covid doesn’t stop a store from responsibly changing their hours online for public benefit."

"Brookshires pharmacy closed the drive through pick-up window due to staff shortages. When you go inside to get your prescription you have to stand in line with dozens of people. STAND patiently while you are ill or old and wait for 30 minutes to an hour. NO CHAIRS or benches for the customers. If they truly cared about their customers, you would think that they would at least make the wait a little less miserable."
